If you had trouble downloading a file and were not able to get it successfully downloaded to your computer, please use our contact page HERE to let us know and we will make sure you get the help you need.
If you have downloaded the file and are not able to locate it on your computer, it is probably located in a folder somewhere on your computer hard drive. If you are not able to locate it, you may download the video again, but be sure to pay close attention to the location on your computer that you select to store the download in.
The file that is downloaded to your computer (the file will start with the letters LCN and end with .exe, for example: LCN-V1.exe, LCN-V3.exe, LCN-Pattern-Book-123.exe, etc.) is called a self-extracting ZIP file. This means that the actual video or pattern book file is contained within the file that you downloaded and must be extracted from that file.
If you have successfully extracted the actual video or pattern book file (the file will start with the letters LCN and end with .wmv for video files or end with .pdf for pattern book files, for example: LCN-V1.wmv, LCN-Pattern-Book-123.pdf, etc.) and you are not able to play it on your computer, you probably need to download and install the latest version of Microsoft Windows Media Player for videos or Adobe Reader for pattern books. These are free downloads available from Microsoft and Adobe. Please be sure to select the version that is intended to be used on your particular operating system (Windows XP, Windows 98, etc.). You can click HERE (a new browser window will open) to download the latest version of Microsoft Windows Media Player or click HERE to download the latest version of Adobe Reader.
