Shipping is free (via USPS First Class Mail) if you order four (4) or more videos on DVD or CD and do not order each video on a separate disk. If you do require a separate disk for each video, your shipping costs will depend on the number of disks required to fill your order. You will be shown all shipping costs prior to providing your payment confirmation.

We ship fast -- usually within 24 hours. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class mail. We no longer offer Priority Mail because the U.S. Postal Service now states that the delivery times for both First Class Mail and Priority Mail are both between 1 and 3 days for U.S. locations. Why pay more for shipping when the Postal Service does not claim that Priority Mail is any faster than First Class Mail?

Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses but we are not able to estimate arrival times as reliably as we do with domestic shipments.

We charge a flat shipping & handling rate that amounts to $4.00 for First Class Mail to U.S. locations (including APO/FPO). Canadian orders ship via First Class Mail and are $5.00. Orders to all other countries ship via First Class Mail and are $6.50.

This charge does not increase, even for large orders, unless you order each video on a separate disk.

If your order requires more than one DVD or CD disk, the shipping & handling charges do not change. It remains the same no matter how many products you order or how many disks we need to send you. We do, however, normally put more than one video lesson on a single DVD or CD disk, but we also offer the option of keeping each lesson on a separate disk for an additional shipping fee.

The shipping & handling charge will be displayed during the check-out process before you provide your payment confirmation.

Refunds & Returns

We believe strongly in satisfied customers. Doing business any other way simply does not make sense. If you do not like the product, we will refund your money.

All of our products have a no-hassle refund policy. If you do not like one of the downloadable video products for any reason, we will refund your full purchase price for up to 90 days from date of purchase. No questions asked.

The same no-questions-asked refund policy applies to CD and DVD products. If you would like a refund for one of the CD or DVD products, all we ask is that the disk(s) be returned to us before we issue a refund.
